Row, row, row your boat!

Row, row, row your boat!

The Deep Wisdom of a Nursery Rhyme

When studying with my dear teacher, Gita Ma, to become a yoga instructor over 15 years ago, I remember her telling the class that "Row your boat" is a profound yoga mantra. How so? Here's the breakdown:

Row, row, row your boat = stay in your lane, focus on you

Gently down the stream = go with the flow, don't fight the current

Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily = be happy! Enjoy the journey

Life is but a dream = being separate from Creation is an illusion

I have leaned into this simple wisdom often in life and hope that sharing it is helpful to you at this powerful moment in time.

And Now for a Word From 🌝💥

If you think that last week brought some unexpected events, buckle up. Friday's Full Moon in grounded, practical and security craving Taurus packs an unexpected punch again this year, thanks to Uranus, the planet of unexpected upheaval holding hands with Luna. Prepare to be pushed outside of your comfort zone emotionally and wherever Taurus sits in your horoscope.

The Moon absolutely LOVES being in Taurus, but since 2018, her monthly trips through this sign have involved "cohabitation" with this unusual guest. Uranus wants us to wake up & evolve and will often surprise us to make *shift* happen😬 (see what I did there?💩) So, embrace the change that is a constant companion on this human journey and seek to co-create with agency rather than staying stuck in a victim consciousness.

Speaking of Change, Let's Talk 2025🌬️

You don't have to have to be an astrologer to know that Big Change is on the horizon. And while I personally wish for that to involve a replacement of our current dominator culture of exploitation & extraction, it may be a while before that happens fully. And in the meantime, life must be lived!

2025 is bringing an enormous amount of change energy, as ALL OF THE OUTER PLANETS change signs next year! That's right, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto all have new homes in 2025 (well, Pluto is actually moving next week on November 19th, but still...)

That's half the solar system! And the other half? They move so quickly that they are shifting signs constantly, every few days (Moon), weeks (Mercury & Venus), and months (Sun and Mars). But those big Outer Planets move much more slowly: Jupiter shifts signs each year, Saturn every 2-3 years, Uranus in 7-8 years, Neptune in roughly 12-14 years and Pluto from 11-32 years. You do the math on the probability of this cosmic choreography!😂

A Whole New World🐛🦋

So, how best to move forward? With as much information and as many helpful resources as possible, of course! To support you in this, I am once again offering my 2025 Year Ahead Consult from now until early 2025. These shorter readings are ideal for you to know where each shift will play out for you, how the eclipses will affect you, where you'll have more flow and where you'll have more grow. As the saying goes, "a stitch in time saves nine"😉

Already Clear on What's Gotta Go & Ready to Take Action?

Let's DO this! It takes courage to be radically honest with yourself about the ways you've been contributing to your own painful patterns. And until you do this, progress will be slow and stilted. Awareness is the first step and a willingness to learn new skills and do things differently is the next one. If you are ready to stop surviving and start thriving, I'd love to guide you on your journey back home to you🦚

Learn to Flow with the Go🏄🏻‍♀️🌊

I heard this from Astrologer Steve Judd on a recent podcast & I loved this perspective. To move forward, we have to let go of the old to make room for something new: letting go is easier than hanging on. Breathe and surrender.

Need a reminder for how to flow?

🧘🏻‍♀️Be still 🌬️Breathe🌈Watch for signs🧹Shift your energy🙋🏻‍♀️Ask questions and be guided🙏Practice gratitude

The astro weather is turbulent and I'd love to be your beacon of light in the storm, guiding you into the best possible outcome in the year ahead🌟

Wishing you love, light and peace 🕊️

Naomi
